Nancy Wilson (jazz singer) was born to Olden Wilson, an ironworker in Chillicothe on 20 February 1937. The mother of her child, Lillian Ryan worked as housekeeper. Nancy was the first out of six kids. Her father's love of music and the records he played at home had a major influence on Nancy at the age of a girl.
